  This place used to be okay but from my recent visits it's now the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to if I'm being completely honest. The last few times I've been here, I drive up to the drive-thru and they are "out" of everything and the employees seem very distracted and rude. For example, I pull up today and decide to order chili with a bun, a croissant with nutella and wedges. After getting me to repeat myself a few times, they say they are all out of wedges, chili, buns, and nutella. So I have no choice but to bastardize my entire order and change it to a steak and cheese panini, a boston cream, and a mocha iced capp. When I get up to the window there seems to be no sense of organization whatsoever as a bunch of young employees are pacing around, looking for something to do. As they hand me only half of my order the employee says, "have a good day," and walks away. By this point I'm practically yelling at the guy for the rest of my food just to get his attention. He finally notices me and grabs my food as if he already knew it was sitting there. When I get it, here's the deal: the panini is cold and honestly tastes like it could have given me food poisoning, and my boston cream has nutella on top after saying they were out of nutella. This all comes down to management and this is the worst managed place I have ever seen. None of the employees know what they are doing. Will not be going here again and hope many people see this.

  This Tim Hortons is terrible. There is always such a long wait, no one seems to greet you, it is dirty. I waited 12 minutes for a grilled cheese and was one of the only people in line. Would not reccomend

  Good service their, makes my EARLY morning drive seem not so bad, always friendly at the wee hours to me, like work at today time isn't bad enough!!
