  The two poor reviews do not sound at all like what I've experienced at Hi-Point. They always go out of their way to help, offer great service and pricing is completely fair. Told my son tonight when Rod agreed to come in tomorrow when his shop is closed to take care of a brake problem that just came up how important it is to find a good mechanic. Rod is certainly that. Couldn't recommend him more.

  He told me I needed a part, and conveniently he had it in stock. I took it to my regular mechanic who showed me the part was in perfect shape. Could not recommend.
