    informed us we needed a appointment and there was no way they would even consider seeing us any time that day. "WE NEEDED A APPOINTMENT" and that takes 3 days .

    A bank ia a bank certainly, but the staff here have always treated us in a helpful manner. Service ia always prompt and we have never been turned away for any reason

    Awesome staff. Made an appointment at RBC after jumping through a 4-week-long hoop at CIBC, and was told the day of my appointment that I was accepted for a card with a much higher limit than at CIBC. The RBC person knew their stuff. Would recommend.
